FCCW07L100-GST1 Overview
Machine builders fitting a small operator screen need it to shrug off dust, water jets and vibration without a separate enclosure. The W07L100-GST1 is Winmate’s 7 inch rugged touch monitor in the G-WIN GS housing: a 1024 x 600 LCD with projected capacitive multi-touch, full IP65 protection and M12 connectors, in a fanless metal housing with an aluminium bezel.
The WSVGA panel runs at 320 nits with a 500:1 contrast ratio and 16.7 million colours, with viewing angles of 150° horizontally and 145° vertically, which suits indoor control screens and machine HMIs. The PCAP touch screen connects over USB and handles multi-touch gestures, and a protection glass can be specified as an option.
A single VGA input takes video from the controller or industrial PC, and power, VGA and touch USB each use an M12 waterproof connector, so the IP65 seal extends to the cabling. A built-in speaker and a five-key on-screen display menu complete the I/O. Where the screen faces bright light, the W07L100-GSO1HB is the 1000 nit version of the same housing.
The W07L100-GST1 runs on 12 V DC and operates from -15 °C to 55 °C at 10 to 95% humidity, with storage from -30 °C to 60 °C. Shock is rated at 40 g for 11 ms and vibration at 1.48 to 2.24 g rms from 5 to 500 Hz, and the monitor is compliant with MIL-STD-810F/G for vibration and shock and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 189.4 x 145.4 x 39.8 mm and fits a 75 x 75 mm VESA mount or a panel mount.
