Winmate W10IAN3S-EHH2 10.1″ PCAP Touch HMI with Quad-Core Intel N150 and PCAP Touch

A widescreen 10.1 inch HMI gives room for a status bar and a few large buttons without taking over the machine front. The W10IAN3S-EHH2 is Winmate’s 10.1 inch E Series HMI panel PC for that job: a 10.1″ 1280 x 800 projected capacitive multi-touch screen with a front IP65 rating, a quad-core Intel Processor N150 and two 2.5GbE ports. Winmate aims it at machine control, factory automation and operator HMI.

The Intel Processor N150 has four cores running at up to 3.6 GHz, with Intel Graphics on the chip and TPM 2.0 on board. That suits HMI client software and browser dashboards, and the low power draw lets it run fanless. Memory is 8 GB of DDR5 as standard with 16 GB as an option, and a 128 GB SSD holds the operating system and application. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 can be supplied.

Two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports sit on Intel controllers. USB covers two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode, and an optional HDMI 2.0 output is available too. One RS-232/422/485 port, set to RS-232 by default, links PLCs, scanners and serial instruments, and an M.2 2230 E-key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module. Within the Winmate range, the W10MG3S-EHH2 is the same 10.1 inch E Series design with an Arm-based MediaTek Genio 510 and Android, and the W10IAN3S-PPH2 adds a SO-DIMM socket, a second RS-232 port and speakers in a metal housing.

Power is 12 V DC on a DC jack, and a 12 V 50 W AC adapter is supplied. Mounting clips are supplied for panel installation, and VESA mounting is an option. The metal front bezel with plastic back cover runs from 0 °C to 50 °C and carries CE and FCC marks, which suits indoor production areas, machine fronts and control cabinet doors. We supply the W10IAN3S-EHH2 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
