FCCW18L100-OFA3HB Overview
Wayfinding, dashboards and forms on a large built-in screen benefit from more pixels, and brighter sites need the panel to keep up. The W18L100-OFA3HB is Winmate’s 18.5 inch high brightness open frame monitor for both: a 1000 nit 1920 x 1080 LCD in a fanless open metal frame, with resistive touch or protection glass as options.
The FHD panel has a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 16.7 million colours and viewing angles of 178° horizontally and vertically, so content stays clear when viewed from the side. At 1000 nits it holds up in strong ambient light. Resistive touch works by pressure, so it responds to gloved fingers and a stylus, and it connects over USB. The active area measures 408.96 x 230.04 mm.
Video comes in on a VGA input, and HDMI or DVI can be specified as options, along with a 3.5 mm audio line-in with two speakers. A five-key on-screen display menu sits on the rear. The W18L100-OFA2HB is the 1366 x 768 version at the same brightness, and the W22L100-OFA3HB takes a 1920 x 1080 open frame to 21.5 inches.
The W18L100-OFA3HB runs on 12 V DC, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter supplied, and operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, with storage from -10 °C to 60 °C. The frame measures 451.4 x 278 x 48 mm and fixes by 75 x 75 mm VESA holes or panel mounting, and the monitor carries CE and FCC marks. Winmate supplies VGA and HDMI cables, an AC adapter, a power cord and VESA screws with the monitor.
