Winmate W22L100-65A3 21.5″ IP65 Stainless Steel Monitor with M12 Connectors and Resistive Touch

Production lines in food processing and other wet areas often need a large screen at the line for recipes, counts and quality data, and it has to survive the same cleaning as the machines. The W22L100-65A3 is Winmate’s 21.5 inch IP65 stainless steel monitor for that job, with M12 connectors and a Full HD panel, and it connects to a separate PC kept in a dry cabinet.

The 21.5″ panel shows 1920 x 1080 (FHD) at 250 nits, with 3000:1 contrast, 16.7 million colours and viewing angles of 178 degrees horizontal and 178 degrees vertical. Resistive touch is an option, as is protection glass without touch, and touch control runs over an optional M12 USB or M12 serial connector. Optical bonding is optional for better readability. A power button, up and down adjust buttons, ESC and OK keys handle the menu, with LEDs for power and status.

The W22L100-65A3 connects to a separate PC or controller over VGA on an M12 connector as standard, with waterproof DVI or HDMI inputs as options, and an external VGA cable with a waterproof connector and waterproof caps for unused ports are supplied. Within the Winmate range the W22L100-SPA369-P1 is the 21.5″ IP69K stainless steel monitor with PCAP touch and sealed conduit for high-pressure washdown, and the W22IAD3S-65A3 is the panel PC version of this IP65 housing with an Intel Core i5-1235U built in.

Power is 12 V DC through an M12 waterproof connector, and an AC adapter with a waterproof connector and a power cord are supplied. Winmate rates the whole enclosure IP65 against dust and water jets, in SUS 316 / AISI 316 stainless steel with fully sealed connectors and a fanless design. It runs from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -20 °C to 60 °C. It mounts on VESA, with a yoke stand as an option. It carries CE and FCC marks.
