Winmate W22L100-SPA369-P1 21.5″ Stainless Steel IP69K Monitor with PCAP Touch and FHD LCD

A large touch screen on a food or chemical line has to show recipes and production data clearly and still survive hot, high-pressure cleaning, cable entries included. The W22L100-SPA369-P1 is Winmate’s 21.5 inch IP69K stainless steel monitor for that job, with a Full HD PCAP touchscreen and a waterproof sealed conduit pipe for its cables, and it connects to a separate PC kept away from the washdown.

The 21.5″ panel shows 1920 x 1080 (FHD) at 250 nits, with 3000:1 contrast, 16.7 million colours and viewing angles of 178 degrees horizontal and 178 degrees vertical. Projected capacitive multi-touch sits behind a true flat, edge-to-edge front that is easy to wipe clean, and optical bonding is optional. A power button, up and down adjust buttons, ESC and OK keys handle the menu, with LEDs for power and status.

The W22L100-SPA369-P1 connects to a separate PC or controller over VGA as standard, with HDMI as an option, and touch data returns over a USB Type-A port. The cables run through a waterproof sealed conduit pipe, and two conduit lengths, two elbows, an external USB cable, an external HDMI cable, D-sub15 to RJ45 adapters and an RJ45 cable come in the box. Within the Winmate range the W22L100-SPA369 is the 21.5″ IP69K stainless steel PCAP monitor built with M12 connectors instead of conduit, and the W22L100-65A3 is the IP65 stainless steel model with M12 connectors and optional resistive touch.

Power is 12 V DC, with an AC to DC adapter and power cord supplied. Winmate rates the full enclosure IP69K against close-range, high-pressure, high-temperature water jets, in SUS 316 / AISI 316 stainless steel with a fanless design, and lists food and chemical plants among its uses. It runs from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -20 °C to 60 °C. It mounts on VESA, with a yoke stand as an option, and carries CE and FCC marks.
