Winmate W22L100-SPA369 21.5″ IP69K Stainless Steel PCAP Monitor with FHD Display and M12 Connectors

Hygiene lines in food, beverage and pharmaceutical plants are cleaned with high-pressure, high-temperature water, and any ledge or gap on a screen becomes a place for residue to collect. The W22L100-SPA369 is Winmate’s 21.5 inch IP69K stainless steel monitor, with a flat PCAP front and a fully sealed SUS 316 enclosure.

The 1920 x 1080 panel runs at 250 nits with a 3000:1 contrast ratio, 16.7 million colours and 178° viewing angles. Projected capacitive multi-touch sits behind a flat front design, and optical bonding is offered as an option. The whole enclosure is rated IP69K waterproof, and Winmate specifies the SUS 316 / AISI 316 steel for food and chemical industries.

Video enters on an M12 VGA connector, with waterproof DVI and HDMI inputs as options, and touch runs over an M12 waterproof USB connector. Five buttons handle the OSD, with LEDs for power and status and an air vent valve on the rear. Where wash-down is lower pressure, the W22L100-SPA3 is the full IP65 version of this monitor, and the W22L100-STA3 is a stainless front bezel panel mount model.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter with waterproof connector, waterproof caps and external VGA and USB cables in the kit. The fanless unit measures 541 x 337 x 56.2 mm and mounts on 200 x 100 mm VESA holes or a yoke mount. It operates from 0 °C to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. The rear air vent valve and sealed connectors keep the housing closed during cleaning cycles.
