FCCW22L100-STA3 Overview
Where a screen goes into a control cabinet door rather than hanging from an arm, only the front sees the cleaning, and a fully sealed stainless monitor can be more than the job needs. The W22L100-STA3 is Winmate’s 21.5 inch stainless panel mount monitor, with a stainless steel front bezel rated front IP65 and resistive touch for gloved operators.
The 1920 x 1080 panel runs at 250 nits with a 3000:1 contrast ratio, 16.7 million colours and 178° viewing angles. Resistive touch is listed, with a protection glass without touch as an alternative, and the touch link runs over an optional USB Type-A port or an optional RS-232 port. Winmate names food and beverage and chemical processing among the hygienic applications it targets.
Video enters over VGA, with HDMI and DVI inputs as options, and five buttons handle the OSD with LEDs for power and status. Where the whole monitor is washed down, the W22L100-SPA3 is the fully sealed IP65 SUS 316 version with PCAP touch, and the W22L100-SPA369 takes that sealing to IP69K for high-pressure cleaning.
Power is 12 V DC on a 2.5 mm DC jack, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter and external USB, VGA and HDMI cables supplied. The fanless unit measures 544 x 340 x 68 mm and panel mounts into a cabinet door, with 75 x 75 and 100 x 100 mm VESA holes as an alternative. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. Only the stainless front is exposed to cleaning, which keeps the cabinet door design simple.
