Winmate W24IAD3S-MLS1-89 24″ Defence Panel PC with Intel Core i7-1265UE, MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461

In consoles that are refitted or moved between sites, locking circular connectors on every port remove a common cause of lost connections. The W24IAD3S-MLS1-89 is Winmate’s 24 inch defence panel PC with MIL-DTL-38999 I/O for that job: a fanless 24″ unit with a 1920 x 1200 display, compliant with MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461G.

The Intel Core i7-1265UE has 10 cores and 12 threads at up to 4.7 GHz with Intel Iris Xe graphics, for console software and operator displays without a fan. Memory is 8 GB of DDR5 with 16 GB and 32 GB options, storage is 256 GB with options up to 2 TB, TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed. The 1920 x 1200 panel gives 300 nits with 1000:1 contrast, with AR protection glass as standard and EMI ITO glass or 5-wire resistive touch as options. A six-key OSD pad covers power, brightness and day or night modes, and a light sensor can set brightness automatically.

The I/O is built for secure cabling: one LAN port, one USB 2.0 Type-A port and two RS-232 ports, all on MIL-DTL-38999/3 circular connectors, so every cable locks in place. The W24IAD3S-RKS1ML is the 24 inch rack mount defence panel PC with a Core i5-1235U and standard USB 3.2, Ethernet and serial ports, and the W24IAD3S-SPA2 is a 23.8 inch stainless steel panel PC with M12 connectors for industrial washdown areas.

Power is 100 to 240 V AC on a MIL-DTL-38999/1 connector, with an optional isolated 9 to 36 V DC input. The W24IAD3S-MLS1-89 runs from 0 to 50 °C and stores from -10 to 60 °C at 10 to 95% humidity. Winmate lists compliance with MIL-STD-810H for vibration, humidity and transit drop, and MIL-STD-461G for CE101, CE102, RE101, RE102 and CS118, with TEMPEST and NATO STANAG options and CE and FCC marks. The anti-corrosion metal housing with an aluminium bezel mounts in a rack or on VESA. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
