Supervisory stations and kiosks often show several views at once, and a 23.8 inch screen gives each one room to be read from a step back. The W24IAD7T-GCA2 is Winmate’s 23.8″ G-WIN GC panel PC for those jobs, with a 1920 x 1080 PCAP display behind a front IP65, edge-to-edge face and an LGA1700 socket that takes a choice of 12th Gen Core TE and 14th Gen Core T processors.
An Intel Core i3-12100TE is standard, with the i5-12500TE, i7-12700TE and i9-12900TE or the 14th Gen i3-14100T, i5-14500T, i7-14700T and i9-14900T at up to 5.5 GHz as options, all on an Intel R680E chipset. Two non-ECC SO-DIMM sockets take up to 64 GB. Storage is a 128 GB SSD on an M.2 2280 M-key NVMe socket with options to 4 TB, and two optional SATA III bays take 2.5 inch drives up to 2 TB with RAID support. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.
The I/O covers two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, DisplayPort 1.4a and an optional HDMI 2.0b output up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, mic in and two speakers, with an M.2 2230 E-key slot for an optional Wi-Fi module. The W24IAN3S-GCA2 is the same 23.8 inch GC design with a fanless Intel Processor N150, and the W24MG3S-GCA2 uses a MediaTek Genio 510 Arm processor.
Power is 12 V DC, with an AC adapter supplied. The W24IAD7T-GCA2 is cooled by a fan and runs from 0 °C to 50 °C, which suits indoor control rooms, retail and production areas. The front is rated IP65 for cleaning, the unit is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 for shock and Method 514.6 for vibration, and it mounts in a panel or on VESA. We supply it configured, with the operating system installed, and tested before dispatch.
