Winmate W24IE3S-GCA2 23.8″ G-WIN Front IP65 Panel PC with Intel Elkhart Lake Celeron N6211 and MIL-STD-810G

Self-service kiosks, information points and large operator screens benefit from a 23.8 inch touch display, while the applications behind them often need only modest processing. The W24IE3S-GCA2 is Winmate’s 23.8″ G-WIN GC panel PC with an Intel Celeron N6211 behind an edge-to-edge PCAP touchscreen, a true-flat front sealed to IP65 for easy cleaning and a fanless metal housing with a plastic bezel.

The Celeron N6211 is a dual-core Elkhart Lake processor running at up to 3.0 GHz with a 6.5 W TDP, typically enough for HMI runtimes, web dashboards and operator forms without a fan. Memory is 4 GB of DDR4 as standard with 8 GB or 16 GB options, storage is a 128 GB SSD with options up to 2 TB, and TPM 2.0 is on board. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed. The 23.8 inch display is 1920 x 1080 at 250 nits with 3000:1 contrast and 178 degree viewing angles, giving room for detailed layouts and larger touch targets.

I/O includes two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port and an optional HDMI 2.0 output. The W24IAN3S-GCA2 is the same 23.8 inch GC design with a newer quad-core Intel N150, and the W24IF7T-GCA2 is the version with a 9th Gen Intel Core i3, i5 or i7 for heavier workloads.

Power is 12 V DC as standard, with a 9 to 36 V DC input as an option, and an AC adapter comes in the box. The W24IE3S-GCA2 operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, stores from -30 °C to 70 °C, and is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 for shock and Method 514.6 for vibration. It mounts on VESA and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
