The W24IP7T-POA2 is Winmate's 23.8 inch PO Series open frame HMI panel PC with an Intel Pentium N4200, two serial ports and a 1920 x 1080 PCAP display at 250 nits behind a front IP65 face. It suits kiosks and machine fronts built into the builder's own enclosure.

W24IP7T-POA2 Overview

Kiosk makers and machine builders who fit a touch computer behind their own bezel usually want a slim open frame unit that runs quietly without a fan. The W24IP7T-POA2 is Winmate’s 23.8 inch PO Series open frame HMI panel PC for those builds, with an Intel Pentium N4200 and a 23.8″ 1920 x 1080 projected capacitive multi-touch display at 250 nits with 3000:1 contrast.

The Pentium N4200 runs at 1.1 GHz with burst up to 2.5 GHz, and two DDR3L-1866 SO-DIMM sockets hold 4 GB as standard or 8 GB as an option, which typically suits HMI software, a kiosk application or a booking client. Storage is a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD as standard on a B-key SATA slot, with 256 or 512 GB as options, and two optional 2.5″ SATA III bays. A PCIe 2.0 x1 slot takes an expansion card, TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows IoT Enterprise or Linux Ubuntu 20.04 can be installed.

Connections include two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, DisplayPort 1.2 with optional HDMI 1.4 and VGA, and mic in, line out and two speakers. An M.2 2230 E-key slot is there for a Wi-Fi module. Within the Winmate range the W24IF7T-POA2 is the same open frame with a choice of 9th Gen Intel Core i3 to i7, and the W24IP7T-PPA2 is the panel mount version with the same Pentium N4200.

Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter (12 V 84 W) supplied. The fanless metal housing has a front IP65 rating and runs from 0 to 50 °C in non-condensing humidity. Open frame mounting is standard, with panel and VESA mounting as options and VESA screws supplied. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the W24IP7T-POA2 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
