Winmate W24IF7T-POA2 23.8″ Open Frame HMI Panel PC with 9th Gen Intel Core i3/i5/i7 and PCAP Touch

Interactive kiosks and process control consoles built into the builder’s own enclosure sometimes need more processing behind the touch screen than an entry-level HMI offers. The W24IF7T-POA2 is Winmate’s 23.8 inch PO Series open frame HMI panel PC for those builds, with a 9th Gen Intel Core i7-9700TE as standard, a Core i5-9500TE or i3-9100TE as options, and a 23.8″ 1920 x 1080 projected capacitive multi-touch display at 250 nits with 3000:1 contrast.

The Core i7-9700TE runs at 1.8 GHz with turbo up to 3.8 GHz on an Intel B360 chipset, with a Q370 chipset as an option for vPro and NVMe support. Memory is one DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM with 4 GB as standard and up to 32 GB, or an optional two-SO-DIMM layout up to 64 GB. Storage is a 128 GB M.2 2242 B-key SSD as standard, with an optional M.2 2280 NVMe SSD up to 2 TB and two optional 2.5″ SATA III bays with RAID 0 and 1. A PCIe 3.0 x16 slot takes an expansion card, TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows IoT Enterprise or Linux Ubuntu 20.04 can be installed.

Connections include two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, DisplayPort 1.2 with optional HDMI 1.4, and mic in, line out and two speakers. An M.2 2230 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the W24IP7T-POA2 is the same open frame with an Intel Pentium N4200 and a front IP65 rating, and the W24IF7T-CHA2 puts the same 9th Gen Core choice in a 23.8 inch chassis housing for VESA mounting.

Power is 12 V DC on a lockable DIN 4-pin connector, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter (12 V 120 W) supplied. The fanless metal housing runs from 0 to 50 °C in non-condensing humidity. Open frame mounting is standard, with panel and VESA mounting as options and VESA screws supplied. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the W24IF7T-POA2 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
