FCCW24L100-GCA2 Overview
A 21.5 inch screen can feel cramped once a SCADA overview or a production dashboard is on it, but a bigger monitor still has to survive the wash-down at the front. The W24L100-GCA2 is Winmate’s 23.8 inch front IP65 PCAP touch monitor from the G-WIN GC range, sized for larger HMI and monitoring screens. It is a good fit for packaging, assembly and utility sites that run larger HMI screens.
The 1920 x 1080 panel delivers 250 nits with a 3000:1 contrast ratio, 16.7 million colours and 178° viewing angles for indoor use. Projected capacitive multi-touch connects over USB, and the front is rated IP65 against water and dust, so operators can wipe the screen face or clean around it without removing the monitor.
VGA is the standard input, with HDMI and DVI available as options, and a five-key OSD panel sits on the rear. The W22L100-GCA3 is the 21.5 inch version of this front IP65 monitor, and the W24L100-GCC1OD fits a 1000 nit PCAP panel in the same size of housing for screens that face daylight.
Power is 12 V DC, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter supplied. The fanless unit measures 588 x 358 x 55 mm, with a plastic bezel and metal back cover, and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA holes, with panel mounting also listed. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, is rated for 40 g shock over 11 ms and 5 to 500 Hz vibration, and carries CE and FCC marks. An optional remote controller is listed for setup once the monitor is installed.
