Winmate W24L100-IPA2 23.8″ Front IP65 Monitor with Resistive Touch and FHD LCD

A large HMI screen on a production line or in a process area has to show plenty of detail and keep dust and water jets out at the front. The W24L100-IPA2 is Winmate’s 23.8 inch industrial monitor for that job: an FHD panel, with front IP65 protection against dust and low-pressure water jets in a fanless metal housing with an aluminium bezel. It connects to a separate industrial computer or controller and fits into cabinets, racks and fixtures.

The 23.8″ 1920 x 1080 panel runs at 250 nits with 3000:1 contrast and 178 degree viewing angles, which suits indoor control panels and machine fronts. Resistive touch is fitted as standard, and it works with gloved fingers or a stylus. SAW touch or a plain protection glass without touch can be specified instead.

Video comes in over VGA as standard, with HDMI or DVI inputs as options. Touch connects over a single USB port. Set-up is through a five-key OSD. An audio line-in and two speakers are optional, as is a remote controller. The W24L100-IPA2TR is the transflective version of this monitor, and the W24IT3S-IPA2 is the panel PC on the same front, with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 built in.

The 23.8 inch monitor is rated IP65 at the front and mounts on VESA as standard, with panel mounting as an option. It runs from 12 V DC, with a 24 V DC input as an option, and a 100 to 240 V AC adapter, power cord and VGA and HDMI cables are supplied. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -10 °C to 60 °C, and it carries CE and FCC marks.
