Winmate W24L100-IPA2TR 23.8″ Front IP65 Monitor with Transflective LCD and Resistive Touch

A large screen near windows or open doors suffers from glare, and in a factory or kiosk it also has to keep dust and spray out at the front. The W24L100-IPA2TR is Winmate’s 23.8 inch transflective industrial monitor for that job: an FHD panel, with front IP65 protection against dust and low-pressure water jets in a fanless metal housing with an aluminium bezel. It connects to a separate industrial computer or controller and fits into cabinets, racks and fixtures.

The 23.8″ 1920 x 1080 transflective panel runs at 250 nits with 3000:1 contrast and 178 degree viewing angles, and a transflective panel uses ambient light as well as its backlight, which helps where daylight reaches the screen. Resistive touch is fitted as standard, and it works with gloved fingers or a stylus. SAW touch or a plain protection glass without touch can be specified instead.

Video comes in over VGA as standard, with HDMI or DVI inputs as options. Touch connects over a single USB port. Set-up is through a five-key OSD. An audio line-in and two speakers are optional, as is a remote controller. The W24L100-IPA2 is the standard transmissive version of this monitor, and the W24L100-IPS1 is the 24 inch model with a 1920 x 1200 panel at 300 nits.

The 23.8 inch monitor is rated IP65 at the front and mounts on VESA as standard, with panel mounting as an option. It runs from 12 V DC, with a 24 V DC input as an option, and a 100 to 240 V AC adapter, power cord and VGA and HDMI cables are supplied. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -10 °C to 60 °C, and it carries CE and FCC marks.
