Winmate W24L100-IPS1 24″ Front IP65 Monitor with Resistive Touch and WUXGA LCD

SCADA screens, schematics and long data tables benefit from extra vertical pixels, and on a plant floor the display also has to seal at the front. The W24L100-IPS1 is Winmate’s 24 inch industrial monitor for that job: a WUXGA panel, with front IP65 protection against dust and low-pressure water jets in a fanless metal housing with an aluminium bezel. It connects to a separate industrial computer or controller and fits into cabinets, racks and fixtures.

The 24″ 1920 x 1200 panel runs at 300 nits with 1000:1 contrast and 178 degree viewing angles, which suits indoor control panels and machine fronts. Resistive touch is fitted as standard, and it works with gloved fingers or a stylus. SAW touch or a plain protection glass without touch can be specified instead.

Video comes in over VGA as standard, with HDMI or DVI inputs as options. Touch connects over a single USB port. Set-up is through a five-key OSD. An audio line-in and two speakers are optional, as is a remote controller. The W24L100-IPA2 is the 23.8 inch model with a 1920 x 1080 panel and 3000:1 contrast, and the W24L100-IPA2TR is the 23.8 inch transflective version.

The 24 inch monitor is rated IP65 at the front and mounts into a panel cut-out or on VESA. It runs from 12 V DC, with a 24 V DC input as an option, and a 100 to 240 V AC adapter, power cord and VGA and HDMI cables are supplied. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -10 °C to 60 °C, and it carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the W24L100-IPS1 configured and tested before dispatch, ready to pair with the computer that drives it.
