Winmate W27IAD7T-POA1 27″ Open Frame HMI Panel PC with Intel Alder Lake-S/Raptor Lake Core and PCAP Touch

Process control stations and large kiosks often need a big touch screen and enough processing to run several applications at once. The W27IAD7T-POA1 is Winmate’s 27 inch PO Series HMI panel PC, pairing a 27″ 1920 x 1080 projected capacitive multi-touch screen and a front IP65 rating with a choice of 12th Gen and 14th Gen Intel Core processors on the LGA1700 socket. Winmate aims the PO Series at interactive kiosks, process control and smart manufacturing.

The processor is a choice of 12th Gen Intel Core TE (Alder Lake-S) parts, from the Core i3-12100TE fitted as standard to the Core i9-12900TE, or 14th Gen Core T (Raptor Lake Refresh) parts from the Core i3-14100T to the Core i9-14900T, on an Intel R680E chipset with TPM 2.0. Two DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM sockets take 8 GB as standard and up to 64 GB. An M.2 2280 M-key NVMe SSD from 256 GB up to 2 TB holds the software, with room for two optional SATA III 2.5″ drives. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied.

Two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports on Intel Ethernet controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports at 10 Gbps, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, and mic in and line out cover the usual HMI connections. DisplayPort 1.4a drives a second screen at up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, with an HDMI 2.0b output as an option, and an M.2 E-key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module. Within the Winmate range, the W27IAD7T-PCA1 is the 27 inch model with a Core i5-12500TE as standard, and the W27IAD7T-GPA1 takes an optional NVIDIA RTX Ada GPU card.

The 27 inch unit is fan cooled to suit the higher-power processors, and runs from 0 °C to 50 °C. Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with a 12 V 220 W AC adapter supplied, and the metal housing takes a VESA mount, with VESA screws included. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the W27IAD7T-POA1 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
