USB3SC6G0N1 Video Data Bridge Overview
A laptop with only USB-C, a camera with HDMI and software that expects a webcam rarely line up on their own. The Yuan SC6G0N1 Video Data Bridge is an AV over IP transceiver built to sit between them, converting video in any direction between HDMI 2.0, USB-C DP Alt mode, USB UVC and a network stream, which can suit meeting rooms, control desks and training spaces.
Inputs are selectable between HDMI 2.0, USB-C DP Alt and UVC, with analogue stereo audio, and outputs between HDMI 2.0 and UVC. Video runs at up to 4096×2160 at 60 or 50fps, and audio is AAC-LC from 32 to 384Kbps at 48kHz. On the gigabit port the SC6G0N1 Video Data Bridge streams RTSP over UDP, TCP, multicast or HTTP, RTMP and RTMPS push, SRT, TS over IP and HLS. NDI HX and Dante AV-H are available, each with a separate licence.
A web interface and status LEDs for power, DP Alt and HDMI cover setup, and a source-switch knob sits on the unit. A mini USB 2.0 port carries KVM, two USB 2.0 ports take a keyboard and mouse, and two USB 3.0 ports take storage. Power is PoE or 12V DC. For a straight HDMI encoder, the SC6G0N1 HDMI2.0 to IP/UVC V2 is smaller, and the SC6G0N1 IP to UVC/HDMI2.0 is a decoder for the far end.
Mapping each device’s connector at the start keeps the conversion path simple. We supply the SC6G0N1 Video Data Bridge configured and tested with the laptops, cameras, displays and network it will connect to.
