UB570 PRO AIO Overview
Capturing from a mix of equipment usually means a bag of converters, especially when older analogue sources sit alongside SDI cameras and HDMI computers. The UB570 PRO AIO is Yuan’s USB HDMI, SDI and DVI capture card, an all-in-one USB 3.0 unit with its ProAV Scaler that puts six input types in one place so a laptop or small PC can capture whichever source is connected.
Inputs cover SDI, HDMI, DVI-I, YPbPr, CVBS and S-Video, with one channel captured at a time at up to 1920 x 1200 at 60 or 50 fps. Over USB 3.0 the card delivers YUY2 video at 1920 x 1200, 1920 x 1080, 1280 x 1024, 1280 x 720 and lower resolutions at up to 60 fps. Audio comes from SDI or HDMI embedded audio or two RCA inputs through the component cable, at 16-bit 48 kHz stereo. The analogue inputs suit standard definition sources such as older cameras and playback equipment.
The card connects through a USB 3.0 Type B port as a UVC device, so software that supports UVC capture can open it. On a USB 2.0 host it falls back to 640 x 480 at 30 fps and 720 x 576 or 720 x 480 at 25 fps. The UB575 AIO offers the same six input types at up to 1080p60, and the UB570 Pro SDI+HDMI narrows the inputs to SDI and HDMI.
Operating system support covers Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 in 32-bit and 64-bit, Linux and macOS, plus Windows 11. That breadth means one card can serve Windows capture PCs, Linux systems and Mac editing machines, which suits training, archive and field capture work where the host is not fixed.
