Antaira LNP-0800G-M12-67-24-T 8-Port Gigabit Unmanaged M12 Ethernet Switch with 8x PoE+, IP67, 24-55V DC Input and -40 to 70 °C

Where a switch has to sit outside a cabinet, exposed to dust, liquids and constant vibration, RJ45 plugs and vented housings become the weak points. The LNP-0800G-M12-67-24-T is the extended temperature build in the Antaira LNP-0800G-M12-67-24 series: an 8-port gigabit unmanaged PoE+ switch in a sealed IP67 metal housing, with M12 X-coded connectors that lock in place. Antaira designs it for applications subject to high vibration and shock in dust, liquid or gas laden environments.

All eight ports are 10/100/1000Base-T with IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ at up to 30 W each, on 8-pin M12 X-coded female connectors with auto MDI/MDI-X. Switching is unmanaged and store-and-forward on a non-blocking switching fabric, with an 8K MAC address table, 12.2 KB jumbo frames, a 4 Mbit memory buffer and IEEE 802.3x flow control. Antaira’s bypass design on ports 7 and 8 supports daisy-chain redundancy between switches. There is nothing to set up: traffic flows as soon as the switch is powered.

Power arrives on 24 to 55 V DC redundant inputs through a 4-pin T-coded M12 connector, and a built-in power booster produces the PoE output. The 200 W PoE budget is allocated by port priority, from port 1 (highest) to port 8 (lowest), so the most important devices belong on the lowest-numbered ports. One relay output on a 5-pin A-coded M12 connector, rated 24 V DC at 1 A, warns of a power or PoE failure, and one digital input accepts a 10 to 30 V DC signal. Reverse polarity and overload current protection guard the input.

The LNP-0800G-M12-67-24-T operates from -40 °C to 70 °C and wall-mounts, with the IP67 housing sealed against dust and water. Shock and vibration are rated to IEC 60068-2-27 and IEC 60068-2-6. Antaira lists it as UL 61010-1 certified, with CE and FCC marks and RoHS compliance, and it carries Antaira’s 5-year warranty. The LNP-0800G-M12-67-24 is the same switch rated -10 °C to 60 °C, the LNP-0500G-M12-67-T is a five-port M12 PoE+ switch, and the LNX-0800-M12-67 offers eight Fast Ethernet M12 ports without PoE.
