Antaira LNP-0800G-M12-67-24 8-Port Gigabit Unmanaged M12 Ethernet Switches with 8x PoE+ (200W), IP67, 24-55V DC Input and Extended Temperature Options

An RJ45 plug can work loose under constant vibration, and a vented case lets in dust and spray, so a switch mounted outside a cabinet needs sealed housing and locking connectors. The Antaira LNP-0800G-M12-67-24 series is designed for those locations: industrial unmanaged PoE+ switches with eight gigabit M12 X-coded ports in an IP67 metal housing. Antaira designs it for applications subject to high vibration and shock in dust, liquid or gas laden environments.

Every switch in the LNP-0800G-M12-67-24 series has eight 10/100/1000Base-T ports with IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ at up to 30 W each, on 8-pin M12 X-coded female connectors. Switching is unmanaged and store-and-forward on a non-blocking fabric with an 8K MAC address table, 12.2 KB jumbo frames and a 4 Mbit buffer, and the bypass design on ports 7 and 8 supports daisy-chain redundancy. Power arrives on 24 to 55 V DC redundant inputs through a 4-pin T-coded M12 connector, and a built-in booster produces the PoE output. The 200 W budget is allocated by port priority, from port 1 down to port 8. A relay on a 5-pin A-coded M12 connector warns of power or PoE failure, and one digital input takes a 10 to 30 V DC signal.

The series comes in two temperature builds. The LNP-0800G-M12-67-24 is the standard build, rated -10 °C to 60 °C. The LNP-0800G-M12-67-24-T is the extended temperature build, rated -40 °C to 70 °C, for exposed sites that see hard frosts. Both share the same ports, power input and PoE budget. For a five-port sealed PoE+ switch, the LNP-0500G-M12-67-T is the smaller Antaira option, and the choice between the two builds here comes down to the coldest temperature the site will see.

Both builds wall-mount, and the IP67 housing is sealed against dust and water. Shock and vibration are rated to IEC 60068-2-27 and IEC 60068-2-6, with reverse polarity and overload current protection on the power input. Antaira lists the LNP-0800G-M12-67-24 series as UL 61010-1 certified, with FCC and CE marks and RoHS compliance, and covers both builds with its 5-year warranty. Locking M12 connectors, port priority and a relay alarm make the series a good fit wherever cables are disturbed by movement or the switch cannot sit in a cabinet.
