Arestech SE-5010 Intel 14th/13th/12th Gen Core Rugged Industrial Computers with Optional PCIe GPU Expansion

Projects in vehicles and on plant floors often begin with integrated graphics and later need a GPU or capture card, and changing computer at that point means new wiring, new images and new validation. The Arestech SE-5010 series avoids that by offering one rugged industrial computer with or without a PCIe expansion box, for edge AI computing, factory automation, image processing, gaming and entertainment, and network communications.

Every model uses an LGA1700 socket on the Intel R680E chipset for 35 W processors, from the 14th Gen i7-14700T to the 12th Gen i3-12100TE, with DDR5 ECC or non-ECC memory up to 64 GB and TPM 2.0 on the board. Intel UHD Graphics drives VGA plus three DisplayPort outputs, with three HDMI outputs optional. Six RS-232/422/485 ports, eight USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, eight isolated inputs and eight isolated outputs and two Intel I226IT 2.5GbE ports are standard, and three flexible I/O windows take optional four-port GbE or PoE+ modules. Storage is two 2.5″ SATA bays and two M.2 M-Key slots with RAID 0/1/5/10, with mini-PCIe, B-Key and E-Key slots and two Mini-SIM holders for optional 4G and Wi-Fi.

The SE-5010 is the base computer, fanless with no expansion box. The SE-5012E adds a two-slot box with one PCIe x16 slot for a GPU or accelerator card, and the SE-5014E a four-slot box with one PCIe x16 slot and two PCIe x8 slots wired as four lanes. Arestech lists a 700 W DC power module to support a GPU, but no card power limit, length or PCIe generation, so we confirm each card before order.

Power is 9 to 48 V DC with ignition control, PC/Car mode and delay-time switches, and over-voltage, over-current and reverse-voltage protection. The computer section is fanless with 35 W processors, the expansion boxes carry their own fan, and the SE-5010 series operates from -40 °C to 70 °C with 1 Grms vibration and 15 G shock ratings and CE and FCC Class A marks. That suits these rugged industrial computers to vehicle-mounted vision, roadside equipment and automation cells. We supply each one configured, with Windows 11 or Linux installed, and tested.
