FCCTPM-3221 Overview
A widescreen HMI gives room for trends, alarms and controls side by side, but a machine door or kiosk front still has limited depth to spare. The TPM-3221 is Arestech’s 21.5 inch answer: a Full HD industrial touch monitor with projected capacitive multi-touch, a front IP54 panel for panel mounting and three common video inputs.
The panel is a 16:9 1920 x 1080 full HD LCD at 250 nits with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles. The PCAP touch screen has a 7 Mohs surface and 90% transparency and connects to the host over USB for multi-touch gestures.
The TPM-3221 takes VGA, DisplayPort and HDMI, so it pairs with controllers and industrial PCs of any age. Power is 12 to 24 V DC from a single source, drawing 16 W typical. For a smaller HD screen in the same build, the TPM-3218 offers 18.5 inches, and for gloved operators the TPM-3521RW pairs a 21.5 inch full HD panel with resistive touch and a front IP65 aluminium bezel.
The TPM-3221 weighs 4.45 kg and fits a 490.7 x 293 mm panel cut-out, with 75 x 75 and 100 x 100 mm VESA holes as an alternative. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 5 to 95% humidity and is vibration-tested from 5 to 500 Hz at 2.16 Grms, which suits indoor machine halls, control rooms and self-service areas.
