DFI ARS103 Intel Arrow Lake-S Core Ultra Thin Mini-ITX SBCs with 12 to 28 V DC Input and Dual 2.5GbE
The DFI ARS103 series is a family of Thin Mini-ITX SBCs for Intel Core Ultra 200S (Arrow Lake-S) processors in the LGA 1851 socket, from the 10-core Core Ultra 5 225T to the 24-core Core Ultra 9 285, on a 12 to 28 V DC input. Every board has dual 2.5GbE, up to 96 GB DDR5, a PCIe x16 slot and four M.2 slots. The ARS103 series suits 24 V machine cabinets, slim panel PCs, carts and kiosks.
- 12 to 28 V DC Input: Wide-range 12 to 28 V DC on a barrel jack or 4-pin connector runs the board from 12 V, 24 V or battery supplies.
- Intel Core Ultra 200S on LGA 1851: Socketed Arrow Lake-S processors from the 10-core Core Ultra 5 225T to the 24-core Core Ultra 9 285, at up to 65 W TDP.
- Thin Mini-ITX at 170 x 170 mm: A low-profile Thin Mini-ITX board for slim enclosures, panel PCs and carts where the height above the board is limited.
- Dual 2.5GbE and DDR5: Two 2.5GbE ports on Intel I226 controllers and two DDR5 SO-DIMMs in dual channel, holding up to 96 GB.
- PCIe x16 and Four M.2 Slots: A PCIe x16 slot plus M.2 M, B, E and A keys for NVMe, cellular, Wi-Fi and display modules, with CE, FCC, UKCA and RoHS.

ARS103 Description
Many slim systems do not sit on a tidy 12 V rail. A machine cabinet distributes 24 V DC, a medical or logistics cart runs from a battery pack, and a kiosk builder may fit whatever supply suits the enclosure. The DFI ARS103 series accepts 12 to 28 V DC directly, so a Thin Mini-ITX motherboard with a socketed Intel Core Ultra 200S (Arrow Lake-S) processor can go into those systems without a separate converter.
The LGA 1851 socket takes eight Core Ultra 200S processors: the Core Ultra 9 285 and 285T with 24 cores, the Core Ultra 7 265 and 265T with 20, and the Core Ultra 5 245, 245T, 225 and 225T with 14 or 10 cores, at up to 65 W TDP. DFI caps the processor’s maximum turbo power at 100 W on this board, or 80 W when a graphics card is fitted. Two DDR5 SO-DIMMs hold up to 96 GB in dual channel. Integrated Intel graphics drives HDMI 1.4b and DP++ outputs at 4K, with an optional M2A module for an eDP or LVDS panel.
Three chipset builds make up the range. ARS103-W880 pairs the W880 chipset with ECC memory support, Intel AMT, six rear USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and a PCIe x16 Gen5 slot that splits into two x8 links. ARS103-Q870 keeps AMT and the bifurcating Gen5 slot without ECC, with five rear USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports. ARS103-H810 is the simpler H810 build, with HDMI and DP++, a PCIe x16 slot and a mix of USB 3.2 Gen 1 and USB 2.0 ports.
Every board carries two 2.5GbE ports on Intel I226 controllers, two internal RS-232/422/485 headers, 8-bit DIO and two SATA 3.0 ports. Four M.2 sockets take an NVMe or SATA SSD on the M-key, a cellular module with Nano SIM on the B-key, Wi-Fi on a 2230 E-key and the display module on the A-key. Realtek ALC888 audio, a Nuvoton TPM 2.0 and a watchdog programmable from 1 to 255 seconds are on board.
Power arrives on a barrel jack or 4-pin connector, both rated 12 to 28 V DC. The ARS103 series operates from -5 to 65 °C with CE, FCC, UKCA and RoHS compliance, and DFI lists Windows 10 and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC and Ubuntu 24.04. For a fixed 12 V supply, the ARS101 series is the same board on a 12 V input.
