Diamond Systems JETBOX-STEVIE : JB-STV-AGX32-02 NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier 32GB Edge AI Box PC with Single GbE and 4x COM

Many AGX Xavier deployments sit on one network and talk to machines over serial or CAN, so a second Ethernet port adds nothing to the job. The Diamond Systems JB-STV-AGX32-02 is an edge AI box PC in the JETBOX-STEVIE series, built on Diamond’s Stevie carrier board in a steel enclosure with an aluminium heat sink and DIN rail or table-top mounting.

NVIDIA rates the Jetson AGX Xavier 32GB module at 32 TOPS, a large step up from the Nano-size modules. Diamond installs the module with a JetPack-based Linux on its built-in flash, preconfigured for every port on the Stevie carrier, so the JB-STV-AGX32-02 boots ready for application work. For CSI cameras, the standard Xavier camera adapter socket on the carrier takes up to 12 lanes.

The front panel of the JB-STV-AGX32-02 carries one active Gigabit Ethernet port from the STV-BB02 baseboard, two HDMI 2.0 outputs, two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports and four serial ports on DB9: two RS-232/422/485 and two RS-232, with two convertible to CAN using the accessory cable included with the system. Inside, a full-size PCIe/USB minicard socket, an M.2 2280 socket for Diamond flashdisks of up to 2 TB and a micro SD socket add storage and I/O.

Power on the JB-STV-AGX32-02 is a 9-20 V DC input, with a 12 V universal AC adapter included, and the operating range is -25 to +70 °C. Dual SMA cutouts take Wi-Fi or cellular antennas for modules fitted in the minicard or M.2 socket.
