Neousys Jemii-150 NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano Mini-ITX Carrier Boards with PoE++
The Neousys Jemii-150 series is a family of Mini-ITX carrier boards for NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano modules, BSP-compatible with the Orin Nano Developer Kit. It has five GbE ports with optional PoE++, a PCIe Gen3 x4 slot, NVMe, DisplayPort, isolated DIO and serial, and a -25 to 70 °C rating. The Jemii-150 series suits retail, ITS and indoor AMR builds.
- Mini-ITX for Orin NX and Orin Nano: A standard Mini-ITX board for any Orin NX or Orin Nano module, Super Mode-enabled, supplied without module.
- Orin Nano Dev Kit BSP Compatible: 100% BSP-compatible with the Orin Nano Developer Kit and flashed from NVIDIA SDK Manager across JetPack releases.
- Five GbE Ports: Four GbE ports on an Intel I350-AM4 plus one from the module, with PoE++ on the two PoE variants.
- PCIe Gen3 x4 Slot and NVMe: A PCIe Gen3 x4 slot for Ethernet, USB, PoE or DIO cards, plus an M.2 Key M 2280 NVMe slot.
- Isolated DIO, Serial, -25 to 70 °C: Three isolated DI and three DO, an RS-232/422/485 port, DisplayPort and a -25 to 70 °C operating rating.

Jemii-150 Description
Moving a Jetson design from a developer kit to a fielded unit usually means a custom BSP, a new carrier and an enclosure designed around it. The Neousys Jemii-150 series takes a different route: a Mini-ITX carrier board for Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano modules that is 100% BSP-compatible with the Orin Nano Developer Kit, so it flashes directly from NVIDIA SDK Manager across JetPack releases and fits standard Mini-ITX cases, coolers and power supplies.
Every Jemii-150 board takes the Orin NX 16GB or 8GB and the Orin Nano 8GB or 4GB, Super Mode-enabled, on a Mini-ITX board supplied without module. Four GbE ports on an Intel I350-AM4 controller sit next to a fifth from the module. A PCIe Gen3 x4 slot accepts Ethernet, USB 3.0, PoE or DIO cards, and an M.2 Key M 2280 NVMe slot runs at PCIe Gen4 x1 with an Orin NX module or Gen3 with an Orin Nano. The rear panel has two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, USB Type-C OTG, DisplayPort at 3840 x 2160 and 60 Hz, a hardware-configurable RS-232/422/485 port, three isolated digital inputs and outputs and an audio jack.
The series has three variants. The Jemii-150A runs from ATX power with five GbE ports and no PoE, and includes Allxon out-of-band management. The Jemii-150A-PoE adds IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ on four ports, up to 90 W on one port and 100 W in total, fed from ATX power plus a PCIe 6-pin connector, with Allxon OOB and an internal RS-232 header. The Jemii-150D-PoE keeps the PoE++ ports and internal RS-232, takes 9-32 V DC on a terminal block and adds CAN 2.0, without Allxon.
Neousys positions the Jemii-150 boards for indoor intelligent video analytics and autonomous mobile robots: the A variants for retail and intelligent transport systems, the D-PoE for indoor AMRs and autonomous logistics. All three are rated from -25 to 70 °C operating and -40 to 85 °C storage, with CE and FCC Class A EMC compliance to EN 55032 and EN 55035. Internal headers add I2C, a debug UART, two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports and fan connectors for the chassis and the module, and Neousys offers a cooler kit for Orin NX and Orin Nano modules.
