Neousys Jemii-150A-PoE NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano Mini-ITX Carrier Board, 4x PoE++, Supplied Without Module

Retail and intelligent transport projects often need more than one PoE camera per unit, and a separate PoE switch adds another box and another power supply to the cabinet. The Jemii-150A-PoE is the PoE variant of the Neousys Jemii-150 Mini-ITX carrier board for Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano modules, supplied without module and powered from a standard ATX supply.

The Jemii-150A-PoE takes the Orin NX 16GB or 8GB and the Orin Nano 8GB or 4GB, and Neousys lists it as Super Mode-enabled. It is 100% BSP-compatible with the Orin Nano Developer Kit and flashes directly from NVIDIA SDK Manager across JetPack releases. Storage is an M.2 Key M 2280 NVMe slot at PCIe Gen4 x1 with an Orin NX module, or Gen3 with an Orin Nano, and a PCIe Gen3 x4 slot takes Ethernet, USB 3.0, PoE or DIO cards.

Four GbE ports on an Intel I350-AM4 controller act as IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ Type 3 and Type 4 power sourcing equipment, with up to 90 W on a single port and 100 W across all four, and they also power 802.3at and 802.3af cameras. A fifth GbE port comes from the module. The PoE budget is fed by ATX power plus a PCIe 6-pin connector, where the Jemii-150D-PoE takes 9-32 V DC instead. The rear panel adds two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, USB Type-C OTG, DisplayPort at 3840 x 2160 and 60 Hz, an RS-232/422/485 port, three isolated digital inputs and three isolated outputs, and audio.

An internal RS-232 box header gives the Jemii-150A-PoE a second serial line, next to I2C, a debug UART and two internal USB 3.2 Gen1 ports. The board is rated from -25 to 70 °C with CE and FCC Class A EMC compliance, and Allxon out-of-band remote management is built in. The Jemii-150A is the same ATX board without PoE.
