POC-751VTC Overview
Bus and train operators often need one small computer to record cameras, talk to the vehicle network and keep a mobile data link running, all from vehicle power. The POC-751VTC is an in-vehicle computer from Neousys that combines four PoE+ ports, two isolated SocketCAN ports and ignition power control in a 176 x 116 x 64 mm enclosure with E-Mark certification.
The POC-751VTC uses the Intel Alder Lake Core i3-N305 with eight cores at 1.8 GHz base and 3.8 GHz burst in a 15W envelope, with up to 16 GB of DDR5-4800 in one SODIMM socket and dTPM 2.0. Neousys rates it at up to 1.5 times the CPU performance of the earlier POC-551VTC, and its UHD Graphics with 32 execution units support OpenVINO for light AI applications on board.
Four Intel I350-AM4 GbE ports carry 802.3at PoE+ for IP cameras, and four screw-lock USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, DP++ and HDMI 1.4b outputs and four COM ports cover the rest of the panel. Two isolated CAN 2.0 ports with SocketCAN support in Linux connect to the vehicle bus, and 8-channel isolated DI and 8-channel isolated DO handle doors, sensors and alarms. Two full-size mini-PCIe sockets with a conduction-cooled heatsink take Wi-Fi, 4G or 5G modules, and storage is an M.2 2280 M key SATA socket.
Power is 8 to 35V DC through a pluggable terminal block with built-in ignition control, so the POC-751VTC starts and shuts down with the vehicle. It runs from -40°C to 70°C, is E-Mark certified, meets EN 50121 EMC and is tested to EN 50155 and IEC 61373 Category I, Class B for vibration and shock. The 1.7 kg enclosure wall-mounts horizontally as standard, with vertical mounting as an option.

Official Neousys UK Distributor
Things Embedded is an official Neousys UK distributor, supplying Neousys in-vehicle and railway computers to UK bus, rail and fleet projects. If the POC-751VTC is close but not exact, the NUVO-2860VTC series offers an Atom x7425E vehicle PC with M12 connectors and ignition control. The POC-551VTC uses an AMD Ryzen V1605B with 4x PoE+ and isolated CAN, and the POC-764VR adds hardware RAID SSD bays for recording.
Across categories, the POC-751VTC is listed with our in-vehicle computers for buses, trains and service fleets. Its E-Mark certification, -40°C rating and ignition control are the main reasons to choose it, and its two isolated SocketCAN ports reach the vehicle network without extra cards. For larger Intel Core vehicle systems, the NUVO-9100VTC series is the next step. Heatsink-cooled mini-PCIe sockets help cellular modules stay within temperature in a hot vehicle.
