The RPC/RSA2NH20-B102S is the alternative build in the Syslogic RPC/COMPACT A2N series, for machines that need LTE, GNSS or Wi-Fi through the internal Mini PCIe sockets. This IP67 waterproof computer pairs a Jetson TX2 NX with dual Gigabit M12 ports for robots and off-highway vehicles.

RPC/RSA2NH20-B102S Overview

Field machines often lose their wired link the moment they leave the yard, so a modem or Wi-Fi card becomes part of the job. The RPC/RSA2NH20-B102S is the alternative build of the Syslogic RPC/COMPACT A2N series: an IP67 waterproof computer with an NVIDIA Jetson TX2 NX, dual Gigabit Ethernet on M12 and the family’s LTE, GNSS and Wi-Fi extension options.

The Jetson TX2 NX combines a 256-core NVIDIA Pascal GPU with a dual-core NVIDIA Denver 2 and a quad-core Arm Cortex-A57 CPU, for 1.33 TFLOPs of AI performance, with 4GB of 128-bit LPDDR4 and 16GB of eMMC 5.1 on board. An M.2 2280 Key M slot takes an NVMe SSD of up to 2TB, which Syslogic fits at the factory in 120GB to 960GB sizes, and a microSD socket sits behind the service cover. The RPC/RSA2NH20-B102S runs Linux for Tegra, with a hardware watchdog and temperature supervisor.

Two Gigabit Ethernet ports on M12 x-coded connectors and one isolated CAN 2.0A/B port with CAN FD support on M12 a-coded keep the RPC/RSA2NH20-B102S connected under vibration. One USB 3.1 Type-A port and an HDMI 2.0 output sit on the front, with DisplayPort 1.4 and two USB 2.0 ports behind the service cover. RS-232, an extra M12 USB 2.0 port, an IMU and camera interfaces are available on request.

Power is 9 to 45 V DC on an M12 connector, reverse-polarity protected with an ignition controller, and the waterproof computer idles at about 8.5 W at 24 V. Syslogic rates it from -25 to 70 °C and IP67 to EN 60529, designed to meet EN 60068-2-27 shock and EN 60068-2-64 vibration, in a 245 x 66 x 165 mm housing of about 2.3 kg. For a machine that stays on a wired network, the RPC/RSA2NH20-A102S is the standard build with no wireless modules fitted.
