Winmate F65EAC-IAD32 Intel Core i5-1235U IP65 Waterproof Box PC with M12 Connectors

Putting a computer next to the process rather than inside a sealed cabinet usually means dealing with washdown spray, dust and vibration at the same time. The F65EAC-IAD32 is Winmate’s full IP65 waterproof box PC for those sites, with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U, sealed M12 connectors and a fanless aluminium housing with cooling fins.

The Core i5-1235U runs at up to 4.4 GHz with Intel Iris Xe graphics and one DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM slot, 8 GB as standard and 16 or 32 GB as options. That is typically enough for HMI software, data logging and light edge analytics on the line. Storage is an NVMe SSD on an M.2 2280 M-key slot, 128 GB as standard with options to 4 TB, and TPM 2.0 is on board. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 are available.

Connections are sealed: one Gigabit Ethernet port on M12, one M12 connector carrying two USB 2.0 ports, an M12 RS-232/422/485 port (RS-232 by default), a waterproof HDMI output and a waterproof USB Type-A port with a cover. An M.2 2230 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the F65EAC-IT32 is the earlier IP65 model with an 11th Gen Core i5-1135G7 and two M12 LAN ports, and the IRDRW500 is a DIN-rail box PC with a 13th Gen Core i5-1335U for cabinet installs.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on an M12 connector, with an optional AC adapter that has a waterproof connector. The F65EAC-IAD32 runs from -10 to 45 °C, is tested for shock to IEC 60068-2-27 and vibration to IEC 60068-2-64, and carries CE and FCC marks. A desk mount is standard. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
