Winmate F65EAC-IT32 Intel Core i5-1135G7 IP65 Rugged Box PC with M12 Connectors

On washdown lines, loading bays and outdoor equipment, an ordinary box PC usually needs its own sealed enclosure. The F65EAC-IT32 is Winmate’s full IP65 rugged box PC that removes that step, with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7, sealed M12 connectors and a fanless aluminium housing with cooling fins.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at up to 4.2 GHz with Intel Iris Xe graphics, which typically handles HMI software, data collection and light edge analytics without strain. Memory is 4 GB as standard with options of 8, 16 or 32 GB, and storage is an M.2 SSD, 128 GB as standard with options to 4 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 are available.

The F65EAC-IT32 has two Gigabit Ethernet ports on M12 connectors with Intel controllers, one M12 connector carrying two USB 2.0 ports, an M12 RS-232/422/485 port (RS-232 by default), a waterproof HDMI output and a covered waterproof USB Type-A port. An M12 digital I/O port with four inputs and four outputs is optional, and an M.2 2230 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the F65EAC-IAD32 is the 12th Gen Core i5-1235U version with DDR5 and one M12 LAN port, and the ITMH100 puts the same Core i5-1135G7 in an unsealed M Series box PC with a PCIe slot.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on an M12 connector, with an optional AC adapter that has a waterproof connector. It runs from 0 to 50 °C, is tested for shock to IEC 60068-2-27 and vibration to IEC 60068-2-64, and carries CE and FCC marks. A desk mount is standard. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
