Winmate R10IK3S-VMT2(HB) 10.4″ Vehicle Mount Panel PC with Intel Core i5-7300U and Front IP65

A terminal on a forklift or yard vehicle is shaken all shift, splashed at the front and powered from whatever the vehicle battery delivers, and it has to fit without blocking the driver’s view. The R10IK3S-VMT2(HB) is Winmate’s 10.4 inch vehicle mount panel PC for that role, with an Intel Core i5-7300U in a fanless aluminium housing with anti-corrosion treatments and an IP65 front, except the I/O parts.

The display is a 350 nit 1024 x 768 panel with 1000:1 contrast and 176 degree viewing angles, with resistive touch as an option, or protection glass without touch, and a high-brightness sunlight-readable panel as a further option. Front buttons handle power, reset and brightness up and down. The Intel Core i5-7300U runs at up to 3.5 GHz with one DDR4-2133 SO-DIMM socket, 4 GB as standard with 8 GB or 16 GB as options, and a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD with 256 GB or 512 GB as options. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Linux Ubuntu 20.04 can be supplied.

Two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 1×1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port and one RS-232 port connect scanners, printers and vehicle equipment, with an optional HDMI 1.4 output. An M.2 2242 B-key slot takes the SATA SSD and an M.2 2230 E-key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi module, with Bluetooth also optional. The R15IK3S-VMC3(HB) is the 15 inch vehicle mount model with the same processor.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on a three-pin terminal block, with a 100 to 240 V AC 84 W adapter as an option for bench use. The unit operates from -10 °C to 55 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and is vibration tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 514.6 Procedure I, with shock to Method 516.6 Procedure I as an option. It measures 315 x 250 x 67 mm, weighs 2.9 kg and mounts on 75 x 75 mm VESA or an optional yoke stand. It carries CE and FCC marks.
