Winmate R12IAN3S-IPM2WT 12.1″ Front IP65 Panel PC with Intel Twin Lake N150 and Resistive Touch

A cabinet-door HMI in an unheated building or a warm plant room has two problems at once: cleaning at the front and a wider temperature swing behind it. The R12IAN3S-IPM2WT is Winmate’s 12.1 inch wide-temperature front IP65 panel PC, rated to operate from -20 °C to 60 °C, with a quad-core Intel N150 and a 12.1″ 1024 x 768 display at 500 nits with 1000:1 contrast. Resistive touch or plain protection glass are options, and Winmate lists machine control, factory automation and operator HMI as its uses.

Compute comes from the Intel Processor N150, a quad-core Twin Lake part at up to 3.6 GHz with 6 MB cache, matched to one DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM (8 GB standard, 16 GB optional) and a 128 GB SSD with options to 2 TB. That is usually a good fit for HMI software and dashboards. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 available.

I/O sits on the rear: two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode, and one RS-232/422/485 plus one RS-232 port on DB9 for PLCs and scanners. HDMI 2.0b is optional, as is Wi-Fi through an M.2 2230 E-key slot. The R12IAN3S-IPM2 is the same front IP65 housing rated for 0 °C to 50 °C, and the R12IAN3S-CHM2WT is the wide-temperature chassis version for VESA mounting.

The front is rated IP65, so the operator face resists dust and water jets while the rear stays dry in the cabinet. It panel mounts with the supplied clips, or on VESA as an option. A 100 to 240 V AC adapter is supplied for the 12 V DC input. The fanless metal housing runs from -20 °C to 60 °C at 30 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, with CE and FCC marks. We supply the R12IAN3S-IPM2WT configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
