FCCR12L100-VMM2 Overview
Vehicles and mobile machines often carry cameras and older equipment that output analogue video, alongside a controller that needs gloved touch. The R12L100-VMM2 is Winmate’s 12.1 inch G-WIN VM display, with a 500 nit XGA panel, 5-wire resistive touch, optional S-Video and composite inputs and an isolated 9 to 36 V DC input.
The 12.1 inch LCD runs at 1024 x 768 with 500 nits, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 16.2M colours and 178° viewing angles. The 5-wire resistive touch screen works with gloves and styluses, and protection glass without touch is available as an option. Five front keys control the on-screen display.
Video arrives over VGA as standard, with DVI, S-Video and composite inputs available as options, so camera feeds and legacy equipment can connect without converters. Touch data runs over an optional USB or RS-232 port. The R10L100-VMT2(HB) is the 10.4 inch VM model with a front IP65 housing, and the W12L100-VMM9(HB) offers a 12.1 inch 1280 x 800 widescreen VM design.
Power is 9 to 36 V DC on a terminal block with an isolated input, and Winmate supplies a 3-pin terminal block, AC adapter, power cord and mounting bracket. The monitor operates from -10 °C to 55 °C, stores from -30 °C to 70 °C at 10 to 95% humidity, non-condensing, withstands 30 g operating shock for 18 ms and vibration of up to 2.18 g rms from 5 to 500 Hz, and cools without a fan. It measures 307 x 224 x 43.9 mm, mounts on 75 x 75 mm VESA holes and carries CE and FCC marks.
