FCCR12L600-OFM2TR Overview
Terminals beside windows or under bright factory lighting can wash out, however hard a standard backlight works. The R12L600-OFM2TR is Winmate’s 12.1 inch open frame monitor with a transflective panel for those installs: a 1024 x 768 XGA display at 600 nits in a metal enclosure, fitted from behind on panel or VESA mounting.
A transflective panel reflects part of the incoming light back through the LCD, so bright surroundings help the picture rather than drown it. The panel has a 700:1 contrast ratio, 16.2 million colours and viewing angles of 160° horizontally and 140° vertically. Touch is chosen at order: resistive for gloved or stylus input, SAW for a clear glass surface, or protection glass alone for a display-only screen.
Video comes in over one VGA input, with HDMI and DVI inputs as options, so the monitor pairs with POS terminals, PLCs and controllers. One USB port serves the touch screen, a five-key OSD panel handles settings, and an optional 3.5 mm audio line-in with two speakers is available. The R12L600-OFM2HB is the 1000 nit high brightness version, and the R12L600-OFM2 is the 500 nit model with 178° viewing.
Power is 12 V DC, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter supplied. The R12L600-OFM2TR is fanless, operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% non-condensing humidity and stores from -10 to 60 °C. It measures 300 x 250 x 40 mm and takes panel mounting or 75 x 75 mm VESA mounting. Winmate names industrial visualisation, control rooms, equipment monitoring, POS and POI environments, machines, factories and control centres as target applications.
