Winmate R15IE3S-GCC3(HB) 15″ G-WIN Front IP65 Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and MIL-STD-810G

Many HMI projects are still laid out for a 4:3 screen, and a 15 inch display in that format lets existing pages carry over without redesign. The R15IE3S-GCC3(HB) is Winmate’s 15″ G-WIN GC panel PC with an Intel Celeron N6211 behind an edge-to-edge PCAP touchscreen, a true-flat front sealed to IP65 for easy cleaning and a fanless aluminium housing.

The Celeron N6211 is a dual-core Elkhart Lake processor running at up to 3.0 GHz with a 6.5 W TDP, typically enough for HMI runtimes, web dashboards and operator forms without a fan. Memory is 4 GB of DDR4 as standard with 8 GB or 16 GB options, storage is a 128 GB SSD with options up to 2 TB, and TPM 2.0 is on board. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed. The 15 inch display is 1024 x 768 at 300 nits, with a 1000 nit panel as an option for brighter areas, 2000:1 contrast, 176 degree viewing angles and an optional anti-glare coating.

I/O includes two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port, two speakers and an optional HDMI 2.0 output. The R15IAN3S-GCC3(HB) is the same 15 inch GC design with a newer quad-core Intel N150, and the R15IAD3S-GCC3(HB) is the version with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U for heavier software.

Power is 12 V DC as standard, with a 9 to 36 V DC input as an option, and an AC adapter comes in the box. The R15IE3S-GCC3(HB) operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, stores from -30 °C to 70 °C, and is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 for shock and Method 514.6 for vibration. It mounts on VESA and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
