FCCR15L100-67C3-P(HB) Overview
A display on a vehicle, a quay crane or outdoor plant gets rained on, hosed down, shaken and left in the sun, and it has to run from whatever DC supply is on board. The R15L100-67C3-P(HB) is Winmate’s 15 inch G-WIN IP67 display for that job: a fully sealed IP67 monitor in an aluminium die-cast housing with an anti-corrosion pre-finish and polyester powder coating. It connects to a separate rugged computer and mounts on VESA.
The 15″ 1024 x 768 panel runs at 1000 nits with 2000:1 contrast and 176 degree viewing angles, and the projected capacitive multi-touch screen is optically bonded to the panel for clarity in sunlight. A built-in ambient light sensor and a menu key adjust brightness automatically or by hand, with a day/night mode button and a separate LED brightness button. True-flat resistive touch and an anti-reflective protection glass are available under separate order codes.
Video comes in over VGA on an M12 connector and HDMI on a waterproof connector, and touch runs over USB on an M12 connector, with RS-232 touch and an RS-232 remote control port as options. Power and lock/unlock LEDs sit on the front. Open-wire power, USB, VGA and HDMI cables with waterproof connectors are supplied, with waterproof caps. The R15IAD3S-67C3-P(HB) is the panel PC on this IP67 design with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5 inside, and the R15MG3S-67C3-P(HB) carries a MediaTek Genio 510.
Power is an isolated 9 to 36 V DC input on an M12 connector, with an AC adapter as an option. The 15 inch monitor runs fanless from -10 °C to 55 °C, or -40 °C to 70 °C with the intelligent heater, stores from -30 °C to 70 °C and is tested to MIL-STD-810G Methods 516.6 and 514.6 for shock and vibration. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the R15L100-67C3-P(HB) configured and tested before dispatch, ready to pair with the computer that drives it.
