FCCW10IAN3S-IPH2 Overview
Wide-format screens suit HMIs that show a trend chart next to the controls, and on a production line the front still has to survive cleaning. The W10IAN3S-IPH2 is Winmate’s 10.1 inch front IP65 panel PC, with a quad-core Intel N150 and a 10.1″ 1280 x 800 display rated at 350 nits with 800:1 contrast, plus resistive touch or plain protection glass as options. Winmate positions it for machine control, factory automation and operator HMI.
Inside is an Intel Processor N150, a quad-core Twin Lake chip at up to 3.6 GHz with Intel Graphics, typically enough for HMI runtimes and SCADA clients without a fan. One DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM holds 8 GB, or 16 GB as an option. A 128 GB SSD is standard with options to 2 TB, or an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive in place of the NVMe SSD. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04.
Two 2.5GbE ports can keep a plant network apart from a machine network, and the two DB9 serial ports (one RS-232/422/485, one RS-232) reach PLCs and older instruments. Two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode complete the set, with HDMI 2.0b and Wi-Fi as options. The W10IAN3S-PMH2 is the panel mount version for dry indoor panels, and the W10IAN3S-OFH2 is the open frame model for OEM enclosures.
The front is rated IP65, so the operator face resists dust and water jets while the rear stays dry in the cabinet. It panel mounts with the supplied clips, or on VESA as an option. A 100 to 240 V AC adapter is supplied for the 12 V DC input. The fanless metal housing runs from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, with CE and FCC marks. We supply the W10IAN3S-IPH2 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
