Winmate W15IAD7T-CHA2 15.6″ Chassis Panel PC with Intel Alder Lake-S/Raptor Lake Core and Resistive Touch

Control rooms, kiosks and factory automation often need more processing than a basic HMI, with no cabinet to hide a separate PC in. The W15IAD7T-CHA2 is Winmate’s 15.6 inch chassis panel PC: a 15.6″ widescreen display and an LGA1700 Intel Core computer in one metal housing, designed to mount on a VESA arm, wall bracket or desk stand.

It takes a choice of 12th Gen Intel Core TE (Alder Lake-S) and 14th Gen Intel Core T (Raptor Lake Refresh) processors on the Intel R680E chipset, from the Core i3-12100TE as standard to the Core i9-14900T, so one design can suit a simple operator screen or heavier visualisation. Two DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM sockets take up to 64 GB, and a 128 GB M.2 NVMe SSD can grow to 4 TB, with two optional 2.5″ SATA III bays supporting RAID. The 15.6″ panel is 1366 x 768 at 400 nits with 500:1 contrast, with resistive touch or protection glass as options.

Two Intel 2.5GbE ports can separate control and plant networks, and four USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports at 10 Gbps take scanners and storage. One RS-232/422/485 port and one RS-232 port link PLCs and serial instruments. DisplayPort 1.4a drives a second screen at up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, with HDMI 2.0b optional, plus mic-in and line-out. Optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth fit an M.2 E-key slot, and TPM 2.0 is on board. The W15IT7T-CHA2 is the earlier 15.6 inch chassis build with an Intel Core i5-1135G7, and the W15IAD3S-CHA2 is the same chassis with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5.

Power is 12 V DC on a four-pin DIN connector, and it comes with a 220 W AC adapter. The W15IAD7T-CHA2 is fan cooled, runs from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity non-condensing and carries CE and FCC marks. It mounts on VESA for arms, walls and desk stands. We supply it configured, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Ubuntu 22.04 installed, and tested before dispatch.
