Winmate W27IT7T-PPA1 27″ Panel Mount HMI with Intel Tiger Lake Core i5-1135G7 and PCAP Touch

A 27 inch touch screen set into a console or wall panel gives a whole team a view of the line, and still has to run the HMI that controls it. The W27IT7T-PPA1 is Winmate’s 27 inch PP series panel mount HMI, with a 27″ 1920 x 1080 PCAP multi-touch screen at 300 nits and 3000:1 contrast, an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 and a PCIe expansion slot.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz and Intel Iris Xe graphics. Two non-ECC SO-DIMM sockets take up to 64 GB of DDR4 memory, and a 128 GB NVMe SSD sits in an M.2 2280 M-key slot with options to 4 TB, plus an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive. The PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, wired with x4 signals, can take an I/O or fieldbus card where the W27IT7T-PPA1 has to talk to more of the machine. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

Connections include one 2.5GbE and one Gigabit LAN port on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port (RS-232 by default) and one RS-232 port, DisplayPort 1.4 with optional HDMI 2.0 for a second screen, and mic in and line out. An M.2 2230 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the W27IT7T-PCA1 is the 27 inch VESA mount version of this processor without the PCIe slot, and the W24IT7T-PPA2 is the 23.8 inch PP model.

Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter rated at 120 W and a power cord supplied. The fanless aluminium housing runs from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and is rated IP65 at the front, so the rear belongs inside a cabinet. Panel mounting is standard and VESA mounting is optional, with VESA screws in the box. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the W27IT7T-PPA1 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
