Multi to SDVoE Pro 4K-F Overview
Studios, control rooms and live events often mix PC, camera and broadcast sources in one rack. The Multi to SDVoE Pro 4K-F is Yuan’s multi-input SDVoE transmitter for that position: it accepts HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI or SDI and sends the result over a 10G fibre link as SDVoE, which Yuan describes as lossless and zero-latency. That typically suits live production and pro AV work where several kinds of source share one distribution network.
Inputs cover HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 up to 4096 x 2160p60, dual-link DVI up to 2560 x 1600p60, and SDI as single-link 12G, 6G, 3G, HD or SD-SDI, dual-link 6G or 3G-SDI, or quad-link 3G or HD-SDI in two-sample interleave (2SI). DisplayPort supports MST and SST, and the source format is detected automatically. Alongside the SDVoE output on one SFP+ port for 10G fibre, the unit gives two 12G-SDI outputs and one HDMI 2.0 output, so a local monitor can be fed in the rack. Analogue L/R audio is available on a stereo phone jack.
A separate RJ45 port handles control, and one USB port connects to the source PC. The unit is plug and play and runs from a 7.5 to 15 V DC input. The SDVoE to Multi Pro 4K-F is the matching receiver, turning the stream back into HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2 and 12G-SDI. Where compressed streaming is needed as well, the H.26X and Multi to SDVoE V2 adds an H.26X stream output with NDI and other protocols.
