SDVoE to Multi Pro 4K-F Overview
In control rooms, studios and live events, the display end is rarely uniform: one position wants HDMI, another DisplayPort, a third a 12G-SDI monitor or recorder. The SDVoE to Multi Pro 4K-F is Yuan’s SDVoE receiver for that mix. It takes an SDVoE stream over a 10G fibre link and converts it to HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2 and 12G-SDI. Yuan describes SDVoE as lossless and zero-latency, which typically suits live work.
The SDVoE input is one SFP+ port for 10G fibre. On the 12G-SDI output Yuan lists 4096 x 2160 and 3840 x 2160 at 60 or 50 fps, 6G-SDI at 4K up to 30 fps, 3G-SDI at 1080p60, HD-SDI at 1080p30, 1080i and 720p60, and SD-SDI at 480i and 576i. The HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort outputs follow the incoming format, and source format detection is automatic. Analogue L/R audio is available on a stereo phone jack.
A separate RJ45 port handles SDVoE control, and four USB ports connect HID devices such as keyboards and mice. The unit is plug and play and runs from a 7.5 to 15 V DC input. The Multi to SDVoE Pro 4K-F is the matching multi-input transmitter on the same fibre link, and the SDVoE to Multi Pro 4K-C is the same receiver with an RJ45 copper input.
