Antaira LNP-0602 6-Port Fast Ethernet Unmanaged Industrial Network Switches with 4x PoE+, 2x 100FX SC Multi-mode Fibre and Extended Temperature Options

Cabinets strung along a road, across a treatment works or down a production line are often simpler to link in a chain, fibre in and fibre out, than with a separate run from each one back to the core. The Antaira LNP-0602 series is a six-port industrial unmanaged PoE switch for that layout: two fibre ports for the chain and four PoE+ ports for the cameras and devices in each cabinet.

Every LNP-0602 shares the same design. Four 10/100Base-TX RJ45 ports deliver IEEE 802.3at PoE+ at 30 W per port from 51 to 55 V DC and 25 W at 48 V DC, and two 100Base-FX ports link upstream and onward. Switching is unmanaged and store-and-forward on a 1.0 Gbps backplane with auto MDI/MDI-X and broadcast storm protection. Redundant 48 to 55 V DC inputs on a removable 4-contact terminal block, reverse polarity protection, EFT protection to 2,000 V DC and ESD protection to 6,000 V DC are common to all models, and one relay output signals a port break.

The models differ in fibre type, connector and temperature. Multi-mode builds take 50/125 to 62.5/125 µm fibre to 2 km: the LNP-0602-M and LNP-0602-M-T use SC connectors, and the LNP-0602-ST-M and LNP-0602-ST-M-T use ST. Single-mode builds take 9/125 to 10/125 µm fibre to 30 km: the LNP-0602-S3 and LNP-0602-S3-T use SC, and the LNP-0602-ST-S3 and LNP-0602-ST-S3-T use ST. Models without -T are rated -10 °C to 70 °C, and the -T models -40 °C to 75 °C. For a single fibre uplink, the LNP-0501 series is the nearest family, and the LNX-0602 series keeps the two fibre ports without PoE.

Antaira lists the LNP-0602 series as UL Class 1 Division 2 certified, with FCC and CE marks and RoHS compliance, tests it to IEC 60068-2-27 shock and IEC 60068-2-6 vibration, and houses it in an IP30 aluminium case for DIN rail, with wall mounting included. All models carry Antaira’s 5-year warranty. Antaira names security surveillance, ITS traffic monitoring, power and utility facility management, water and wastewater treatment and automated production lines as typical applications, and the port-break relay helps locate a failed link along the chain.
