Antaira LNX-2004G-SFP 20-Port Gigabit Unmanaged Industrial Network Switches with 4x SFP and Extended Temperature Options
The Antaira LNX-2004G-SFP series is a family of industrial gigabit unmanaged Ethernet switches with 16 RJ45 ports at 10/100/1000 and four 100/1000 SFP slots on a 40 Gbps fabric, with redundant 12 to 48 V DC inputs and a power failure relay. The LNX-2004G-SFP series suits large surveillance, GigE machine vision, process control and intelligent transportation cabinets.
- 16 Gigabit RJ45 Ports: Sixteen 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports with auto MDI/MDI-X for cameras, vision systems and controllers.
- Four 100/1000 SFP Slots: Four dual-rate SFP slots take 100 or 1000 Mbps transceivers, so one switch can gather several fibre links.
- 40 Gbps Switching Fabric: Store-and-forward switching on a 40 Gbps fabric, enough for all 20 ports at gigabit line rate.
- Redundant DC With Relay: Dual 12 to 48 V DC inputs on a 6-pin terminal block, with a relay that warns of a power redundancy failure.
- UL 61010-1 Certified: Antaira lists UL 61010-1 certification, FCC and CE marks, in an IP30 metal case for DIN rail or wall.

LNX-2004G-SFP Description
When a cabinet has to serve 16 gigabit devices and gather fibre from several remote points, both the port count and the fibre slots matter. The Antaira LNX-2004G-SFP series is the largest of this DIN-rail family: industrial gigabit unmanaged Ethernet switches with 16 copper ports and four SFP slots, for high-density connections with wide network bandwidth. There is no management interface and nothing to configure, so the switch forwards traffic as soon as it is powered, and all 20 ports can run at line rate together.
Every LNX-2004G-SFP shares the same design. The 16 RJ45 ports at 10/100/1000Base-T support auto negotiation and auto MDI/MDI-X, and the four dual-rate SFP slots take 100 or 1000 Mbps transceivers, so each fibre link can use the mode and reach it needs. Switching is unmanaged and store-and-forward on a 40 Gbps fabric, enough for all 20 ports at line rate, with an 8K MAC table, a 4 Mbit buffer, 9.6 KB jumbo frames and IEEE 802.3x flow control. Power arrives on 12 to 48 V DC redundant inputs with reverse polarity protection and a slow-blow fuse, the switch draws a maximum of 15 W at full load, and a relay rated 24 V DC, 1 A warns of a power redundancy failure.
Two builds separate the series by temperature. The LNX-2004G-SFP is the standard model, rated -10 °C to 65 °C for heated or indoor cabinets. The LNX-2004G-SFP-T is the extended temperature model, rated -40 °C to 75 °C for unheated and outdoor enclosures. Both share ports, power and approvals. For 12 copper ports with the same four SFP slots, the LNX-1604G-SFP series is the smaller option.
Both LNX-2004G-SFP models come in an IP30 metal case for DIN-rail or wall mounting, and follow IEC 60068-2-27 shock and IEC 60068-2-6 vibration testing. Antaira lists UL 61010-1 certification, with FCC and CE marks and RoHS compliance, and covers the series with its 5-year warranty. Antaira names security video surveillance, GigE machine vision, process control automation and intelligent transportation as applications where the LNX-2004G-SFP series works well. In practice, four SFP slots let one cabinet gather fibre from several remote points while 16 copper ports serve the cameras, vision systems and controllers nearby.
