Arestech TPM-3621 21.5" Full HD IP66/IP69K 316 Stainless Steel Touch Monitors with M12 Connectors

Washdown areas are hard on displays: hot water, high pressure and cleaning chemicals find any gap around the glass or any standard connector at the rear. The Arestech TPM-3621 series is built for that routine, a family of 21.5 inch stainless steel touch monitors in brushed 316 grade stainless with a true-flat front, sealed to IP66 and IP69K as a complete unit. The glass sits flush with the bezel, so there is no lip where residue can collect, and the connectors are sealed to the same standard as the enclosure.

Every TPM-3621 shares the same build. The 16:9 full HD LCD at 1920 x 1080 runs at 250 nits with a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles and a rated 50,000 hour life. Connections are sealed at the rear: VGA and the USB touch interface on M12 connectors, HDMI on an IP67 waterproof connector and 12 to 24 V DC power on M12, drawing 16 W. Six OSD keys cover menu, up, down, auto adjust, power and a function key. The 21.5″ monitor measures 570 x 430 x 66.9 mm and weighs 9.71 kg, with 100 x 100 and 200 x 200 mm VESA patterns and a yoke mount. A 13.56 MHz RFID reader for MIFARE and FeliCa cards, connected over USB on an M12 connector, is offered as an option for operator log-in at the line.

The TPM-3621 series splits on touch. The TPM-3621PW-B6A1 uses a projected capacitive touch screen with a 7 Mohs surface and 90% transparency and a touch on/off button, for bare-finger operation. The TPM-3621RW-B6A1 uses a 5-wire resistive screen with a 3 Mohs surface and 80% transparency that responds to gloved hands, the usual choice where operators keep gloves on at the line. Optional 2 m M12 and IP67 cables and a 12 V M12 power supply carry signals and power to an industrial PC in a remote cabinet.

The series operates from -20 °C to 60 °C at 5 to 95% humidity, is vibration-tested from 5 to 500 Hz at 2.16 Grms on three axes and carries CE and FCC marks.
