Cincoze DI-1200-i3 Intel 12th Gen Core i3-1215UE Rugged Embedded PC with Dual 2.5GbE and Hot-Swap SSD Bay

Mobile robots, vehicles and small cabinets need more processing than they used to, without giving up a sealed fanless design or a wide DC input. The Cincoze DI-1200-i3 is a rugged embedded PC in the DI-1200 series, built on 12th Gen Intel Core Alder Lake-P and laid out for faster networking and 5G. The same system is offered with other processors as the DI-1200-i7 and the DI-1200-i5.

Inside the DI-1200-i3 the Intel Core i3-1215UE provides six cores and eight threads at up to 4.4 GHz in a 15 W budget, giving an entry point for gateways, HMIs and control duties that need the same rugged chassis and I/O. One DDR5 SO-DIMM socket takes up to 32GB, and Intel UHD graphics drives one HDMI and two DisplayPort outputs at 4K, with a fourth display available through an optional CMI display module. Cincoze supports Windows 11 and Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.

Networking runs over two 2.5GbE ports on Intel I226 controllers, alongside one USB 3.2 Gen 2, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 and three USB 2.0 ports, two RS-232/422/485 ports and audio. A hot-swappable 2.5-inch SATA bay sits behind the front panel with RAID 0 or 1 support. An M.2 B-key socket with two front SIM slots takes 5G, GNSS or SATA storage, an M.2 E-key socket takes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and two CMI interfaces plus a CFM interface add LAN, 10GbE, M12, CAN FD, serial, DIO, PoE or ignition sensing.

The DI-1200-i3 runs from -20 °C to 70 °C on 9-48 V DC through a terminal block, with over-voltage, over-current and reverse polarity protection. Cincoze lists MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration, E-Mark, EN 50121-3-2 railway EMC compliance and UL, cUL and CB safety, plus CE, UKCA and FCC marks. We configure it with memory, storage and any modules fitted and tested before it ships.
