Neousys POC-451VTC Intel Atom x6425E Vehicle PC with 3x 2.5GbE, PoE+, 4G/5G and -40 to 70 °C

Fleet telematics, onboard video and passenger counting all run in a space where nothing is spare: behind a dashboard, under a seat or in a roof box. The Neousys POC-451VTC is a small fanless in-vehicle computer for those spots, with ignition-controlled power, -40 °C to 70 °C operation, E-Mark compliance and room for 4G or 5G, Wi-Fi and an AI accelerator. Neousys builds it in the same family as the POC-551VTC series.

Inside is the Intel Atom x6425E, a four-core Elkhart Lake processor at 2.0 GHz with a 3.0 GHz burst and a 12 W TDP, with up to 32 GB of DDR4-3200 in one SO-DIMM socket. Intel UHD Graphics drive two DisplayPort outputs at 4096 x 2160 for driver or passenger screens. Two M.2 2280 sockets take SATA SSDs, so the system and a video or data log can sit on separate drives, and security is fTPM 2.0.

Three 2.5GBASE-T ports by Intel I225 controllers carry IEEE 802.3at PoE+ on ports two and three for cameras. The POC-451VTC also has two USB 3.1 Gen 1 and two USB 2.0 ports, one RS-232/422/485 port and a DB9 for three RS-232 ports or one RS-422/485 port, four isolated inputs and four isolated outputs, and a mic-in and speaker-out jack. An M.2 B key socket with dual SIM takes a 4G or 5G module, two M.2 2230 E key sockets take Wi-Fi or a Google Edge TPU, and a full-size mini PCIe socket (USB) takes a GNSS or CAN module.

Power is 8 to 35 V DC on a three-pin terminal block with built-in ignition control. The unit meets MIL-STD-810G for vibration and shock with CE and FCC Class A, and ships with a vertical wall mount, with DIN rail mounting as an option. For isolated CAN on M12, see the Nuvo-2860VTC series.
