NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier 64GB Module NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier 64GB Module with 32 TOPS and 64GB LPDDR4x

The Jetson AGX Xavier 64GB Module is the largest-memory version in the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier series, pairing 32 TOPS and a 512-core Volta GPU with 64 GB of LPDDR4x. NVIDIA lists it as end of life since January 2025, so it suits replacements in qualified designs that need the full 64 GB.

  • 64GB 256-Bit LPDDR4x: Twice the memory of the standard module, for several large models or long video buffers on one Jetson AGX Xavier.
  • 32 TOPS Volta GPU: 512 CUDA cores and 64 Tensor Cores at up to 1.37 GHz deliver 32 TOPS and 10 TFLOPS of AI compute.
  • 8-Core Carmel CPU: Eight Armv8.2 Carmel cores at up to 2.26 GHz run pre-processing, control and application code beside inference.
  • 699-Pin Connector I/O: 16 MIPI CSI-2 lanes, PCIe Gen4 up to x8, three USB 3.1 ports, Gigabit Ethernet and two CAN interfaces.
  • End of Life January 2025: NVIDIA lists the 64GB module as end of life since January 2025; the 32GB module is listed through July 2027.

Jetson AGX Xavier 64GB Module Overview

When an AGX Xavier design was qualified with 64 GB of memory, a replacement usually has to match it rather than step down. The Jetson AGX Xavier 64GB Module is the largest-memory version in the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier series, next to the standard Jetson AGX Xavier Module and the Jetson AGX Xavier Industrial. It suits existing systems that hold several large models, or long video buffers, in memory on one module.

Compute matches the standard module: NVIDIA rates the Jetson AGX Xavier 64GB at 32 TOPS and 10 TFLOPS from a 512-core Volta GPU with 64 Tensor Cores at up to 1.37 GHz, with an 8-core Carmel Armv8.2 CPU at up to 2.26 GHz, two Vision Accelerator engines and the Deep Learning Accelerator. The difference is memory: 64 GB of 256-bit LPDDR4x, twice the standard module, with 32 GB of eMMC 5.1. Maximum module power is 30 W from a 9.0 to 20.0 V system input.

The 699-pin board-to-board connector carries 16 MIPI CSI-2 lanes, PCIe Gen4 in x8, x4, x2 and two x1 configurations, three USB 3.1 and four USB 2.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet, two CAN interfaces and HDMI 2.0, DP 1.4 and eDP 1.4 outputs.

NVIDIA lists the Jetson AGX Xavier 64GB as having reached end of life in January 2025, while the 32GB module is listed through July 2027. Where 32 GB is enough, the standard module is the closer drop-in. For new designs, NVIDIA offers the Jetson AGX Orin in 64GB, 32GB and Industrial versions, with up to 275 TOPS across the series. Our Xavier and TX2 end-of-life and migration guide sets out the options, and our AGX Orin vs AGX Xavier comparison covers the differences.
