Premio JCO-1000-ORN NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano Fanless Embedded Computers

Edge AI projects often start with one camera and a model, then run into the practical questions of where the computer mounts, how it is powered in a vehicle and how it talks to the rest of the machine. The Premio JCO-1000-ORN series puts NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano modules in a small fanless finned enclosure with industrial I/O and ignition management, so these fanless embedded computers can go straight into a cabinet, a machine or a vehicle.

Every JCO-1000-ORN model takes the same modules. Orin NX 16GB and 8GB give 100 and 70 TOPS, Orin Nano 8GB and 4GB give 40 and 20 TOPS, and Super Mode lifts Orin NX 16GB to up to 157 TOPS. Storage is an M.2 M key PCIe x4 NVMe SSD with a Micro SD slot, an M.2 B key socket with a dual nano-SIM socket takes an optional 4G/5G module, and an M.2 E key socket takes optional Wi-Fi. Each model has an HDMI output, isolated digital I/O, CAN 2.0 B, RS-232/422/485 ports, TPM 2.0 and a 9 to 36 V DC terminal block input with AT and ATX modes, running JetPack 6.2 or JetPack 7.2.

The range splits by I/O and approvals. The JCO-1000-ORN-A-1L is the entry-level build, with four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one GbE port, two DB9 COM ports and audio. The JCO-1000-ORN-B-2L adds a 2.5GbE port to the GbE port, with E-Mark, EMC to EN 50121-3-2 and optional GMSL2 cameras through a Mini Fakra module. The JCO-1000-ORN-C-2M12 puts those two LAN ports on X-coded M12 connectors for installations with heavy vibration.

In practice the JCO-1000-ORN series suits machine vision, factory automation, robotics and in-vehicle edge AI. Each model runs fanless from -20 °C to 55 °C at 15 W or 25 W module power, is designed to comply with MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration, and carries UL 62368-1, CE and FCC Class B marks, with wall mounting as standard and DIN rail mounting optional. The range was designed by C&T Solution, which became Premio Taiwan in January 2026, and Premio builds under ISO 9001 manufacturing quality.
