ZED-X-ONE-GS-NARROW Overview
A wide lens is a poor match when the target sits several metres down a conveyor or across a warehouse aisle, because it spreads the object over too few pixels. The Stereolabs ZED-X-ONE-GS-NARROW answers that with a 4.6 mm f/2.0 lens and a 73° horizontal field of view on the ZED-X-ONE-GS series. Where the scene is closer and broader, the ZED-X-ONE-GS-WIDE opens out to 110°, and the ZED-X-ONE-GS-NO-LENS takes a lens of your choosing.
Behind the lens is a 1/2.6″ 2.3MP sensor with a global shutter that exposes every pixel at once, so moving parcels and robot tooling are captured without skew. The full field is 73°(H) x 45°(V) x 87°(D), and output runs at 1920 x 1200 at 60 fps, 1920 x 1080 at 60 fps in cropping mode or 960 x 600 at 120 fps in binning mode, in RAW10 or YUV 4:2:2. Dynamic range is 71.4 dB, and a Bosch BMI088 six-axis IMU reports at 200 Hz for motion-aware perception.
The camera connects over GMSL2 on a lockable FAKRA Z connector, carrying video and power on one coax cable of up to 15 m to an NVIDIA Jetson Orin host on Jetson Linux (L4T) v35.1 or newer. Hardware synchronisation within 15 microseconds lets two ZED-X-ONE-GS-NARROW cameras act as a custom stereo pair with a baseline you choose, or join a larger multi-camera rig. The ZED-LINK-DUO captures up to four GMSL2 cameras in SD or HD.
Power draw is 0.89 W at 12 V over the GMSL2 link, and the camera is rated from -20 °C to 55 °C at up to 90% relative humidity at 40 °C. It mounts on four M4 threads or a 1/4″-20 adapter plate, with CE, REACH, RoHS, TSCA and EMC compliance listed by Stereolabs and a two-year warranty. We supply it tested with the GMSL2 cables, capture card and Jetson host it will run on, with drivers configured before it ships.
